The Prophet Daniel,Jesus and Josephus on the Destruction of Jerusalem and The Temple in 70 A.D.

Daniel 9:26

26And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

The people of the prince refers to General Titus who was son of the Emperor Vespasian .That would have made Titus a literal prince.

Matthew 24:1-2

1And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.

2And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

Luke 19:41-44

41And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it,

42Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes.

43For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side,

44And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.

Luke 21-5-6

5And as some spake of the temple, how it was adorned with goodly stones and gifts, he said,

6As for these things which ye behold, the days will come, in the which there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

Luke 21:20

20And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.

Jesus made those predictions in 30 A.D.

Flavius Josephus Book 10: chapter 11 verse 7

In the very same manner Daniel also wrote concerning the Roman government, and that our country should be made desolate by them.

Josephus wrote his books in 75 A.D.
